Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Spain (Mainland and the Balearic Islands), Portugal and the rest of the European Union. Times, costs and zones in Shipping & Returns.
What are the delivery times?
Mainland 24-72 h · Balearic Islands 3-7 days · Portugal ~72 h · Rest of the European Union 5-10 business days.
How do exchanges and returns work?
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to exchange or return, as long as the product is unused and in perfect condition. Full details in Shipping & Returns.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow its status in real time. Tracking can take a few hours to activate.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, email hi@minsenzia.com with your order number and we'll handle it if possible. Once shipped, we can't modify it.
Are taxes included?
Yes, all prices include applicable taxes.
What materials do you use?
We work with leather tanned at Leather Working Group (LWG) certified tanneries, with control over environmental impact, water and chemicals.
I need an invoice, how do I request it?
