These terms govern access to and use of the website and the purchase of products offered on minsenzia.com. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit units per customer and modify or withdraw products at any time.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where relevant. For destinations with customs procedures (e.g. United Kingdom, Norway, Serbia), any duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders (for suspected fraud, pricing errors or lack of stock). If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through payment providers. We do not store your complete card details. The available methods are shown at checkout.

7. Shipping and delivery

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to justify it, except for legal exceptions. To exercise it, write to hi@minsenzia.com with your order number and a clear statement. The return conditions are in Shipping & returns.

9. Returns, exchanges and refunds

The conditions, return costs and refund times are described in Shipping & returns. Refunds are made to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected.

10. Legal warranty and conformity

Products are covered by the legal warranty and consumer rights in accordance with applicable regulations. If you receive a faulty product, contact hi@minsenzia.com.

11. Correct use and product care

Use the products for their intended purpose and follow the care instructions published on the website or included with the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law prohibits it.
